I was a bit worried that this was a motel because I have a phobia from living in ground floor apartments but I felt safe because the staff was there all the time and it was quiet at night so I has a good night sleep ! :) the room service was amazing, i had toilet paper and towels changed everyday so I strongly recommend !!

The rooms were completely cold and the heating system could not bring them to a comfortable temperature. The bathroom has no heating, but an exhaust air vent that draws the remaining heat outside. Not good in Winterand around 0°!

Misbehavior by the reception lady

Request to check the video footage of around 8am, Friday, 6th Dec 2024. The reception lady shouted me infront of all guests available in the restaurant. I felt insulted. I asked her name she was very harsh and uttered her name "Shan Marco". My fault was that, i requested her call a taxi for me. Because the taxi guys normally doesnot understand english. She rudely ordered me to go to the entrance and call using business cards left. She told me "complain whom ever you want to complain" I am still under stress and resounds her yelling noise in my brain.
