Excellent massage by Mona. Good conversationalist and has a deep understanding of pressure points and which muscles are tense. Definitely recommend the aromatherapy here

I participated in a 30-minute leg and hip program. Three of us took turns receiving personal training in a training circle. It was a very beneficial and enjoyable experience.

I always come and stay at the Movenpick BDMS hotel as I love the location and their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I feel very much welcomed by Ton, Peach and Amran who always greet me with smile :)

"My nightmare at Movenpick BDMS (June 2-5, 2025) was a disaster from the get-go. Room 509's AC was choking all night on June 2, and I barely slept. But that was just the beginning. On June 3, the bed shook violently for three consecutive nights, and the air conditioner was cold, no matter how I adjusted the thermostat. I was exhausted. When I was finally shifted to Room 406 on June 4, I thought things would improve. But no, the room was flooded with water from the AC, and it was a mess. The staff tried to help, but it was clear they were powerless to fix the issue or provide a decent place to rest. Three sleepless nights, and the staff seemed just as helpless as I was. My advice? Please don't risk it. Inspect your room thoroughly before checking in. Your sleep is worth it."

May I thank you for staying at Movenpick BDMS Bangkok Hotel on your recent business travel to the Land of Smiles and for going to the trouble of sharing your experience on this occasion. I genuinely welcome every guest's feedback, the good, the bad and the ugly as this helps me to constantly reflect on our service offerings and look at ways to continuously improve our guest's experience in the future. However, I understand that your recent stay experience was not to your expectations, and you have experience couple of shortcomings with the air-condition in your room and with the comfort of the bed. At the onset of this note, please accept my unreserved apologies for the poor impression left from your last visit. This is certainly not acceptable and in stark contrast with the comfort and relaxing stay our resort is known for, particularly as we have implemented a full room preventive maintenance last year and all our beds are new, since the hotel has undergone a renovation in 2022. Nevertheless, rest assured that I have personally reviewed these matters with our Executive Housekeeper to fully inspect the bed and with our Director of Engineering about the air-condition and take the appropriate corrective actions to avoid such reoccurrence. While I acknowledge this may not take away your negative feeling from your last stay, I genuinely hope this will bring you comfort and reassurance that your feedback and experience matters to me. Despite your disappointment, I candidly look forward to welcoming you again at Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok and have the opportunity to remedy the poor impression left from your last stay and ensure a more blissful and enjoyable time in the future.
