A good location near the train line (BTS). Shops and bars, clean spacious rooms, great restaurant on the roof but the best feature by far is the welcoming, happy staff who always are there to brighten your day.

Despite that the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 is located in a active district but its quite clean, safe and managed by several polite and responsible people with kind reception staff and porters. Assistant Guest Relation Manager Ms. Phasnonth Pornpanuwat (Nancy) and hers colleagues are doing their best for their guests to feel them at home to welcome them again. The comfortable rooms are daily cleaned by attentive and safe workers. Nice view from the rooftop bar swimming pool, and connected to the BTS line with shuttle minibus.

Well located in the center of a very active area of the City. The room was spacious, soudproof with a silent air cond. you obtain perfect obscurity with curtains. The staff at the reception, the restauraants or on the floor are very discreet and avalaible. Beautiful swimming pool 6.00 PM and rooftop bar open until 1.00AM.
