Loved our stay. Friendly staff and great atmosphere! They went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our holiday !! Highly recommend this place. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of crowded places!

Customer service and efficiency is amazing here. Bonus was able to check me in right away and made me feel very welcome. The ladies make you feel like home. Can’t wait to come back! Being in management in the hospitality space I would hire her in a heartbeat!

Cassia residence Phuket is a such a beautiful and nice hotel to stay in Phuket. Front desk Bonus is so helpful and friendly to make our stay memorable. I would surely come back again!
