Best hotel of our trip! Beautiful setting and amazing food. Best thing is the staff though they are so attentive and kind, especially O, Gem & Ton at the pool bar - they made our stay very special!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending our honeymoon at Banyan Tree Phuket, and from the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The entire experience was flawless; From the warm welcome by the staff to the beautiful villa, every detail made us feel truly special. The service was impeccable. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. A special thank you to Mr. Thapanop Suwanno (Tae) from the reservations team — he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. All our requests were met with such care and attention, and we genuinely appreciated how seamless everything felt. The villa itself was stunning — peaceful, private, and incredibly romantic. It really was a dream setting for a honeymoon. The spa experience was another highlight. We had the most amazing massages, and we want to give a heartfelt thank you to Peach and Chan for their excellent care and skill. Their professionalism and calming energy made our treatments truly unforgettable. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and completely in love with Banyan Tree. Thank you to the entire team for helping create such a beautiful start to our journey as husband and wife. We can't wait to come back. Mr. & Mrs. Camille

Totally amazing place. All staff are very friendly and attentive, in particular, Niwat. We will definitely be back. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed.
