Already stayed there one month ago. We liked the hotel and its location close the MRT Huai Khwang. This time they upgraded the room. The room was spacious and was actually for 3 people. Only the view out of the window was a downgrade, but since we did stay only one night for a business meeting, this was not important at all. I visited the rooftop bar, well rooftop on 5th floor... the room on 9th. a bit complicated to go there from the room, but from the lobby there is a direct lift, though u still have to climb some stairs to the bar. They offer happy hours, but the choice is extremely limited what you can get, something the ad in the room did not mention. The bar itself was under the pride motd. but very view people were up there. The seats are comfortable and a big fan cools you. The reason for the 4 for value of money is not really because of the value, but rather missing another possibility to criticize the requirement to present a passport, which is not stated in the hotel description. The Thai driver license is an official document which also has the passport number on it and you can board a domestic flight with it. Furthermore almost all hotels accept it as identification, so i normally travel within Thailand without passport. Accor should rethink this policy.

Excellent fast check in, Welcoming staff, very professional. Atmosphere in lobby a good vibe. Room clean and spacious, Great water pressure. Room Service excellent, Buffet Breakfast had a good variety, Dinner Buffet ha good variety too and also had unlimited prawns one evening. Staff always smiling, just amazing. Hotel value for money, I recommend to all my friends and family

This hotel is good, but it has some flaws. For example, the plug does not work sometimes, my room is not cleaned until 4, and there is barely any breakfast in the restaurant. However, this hotel has good things, too, like being next to the MRT, which is convenient.

Only 1 minute walking distance from an event venue we attended, location was the main reason to book. However, nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking and a good time at the rooftop bar made it perfect for us. Another nice experience has been the Street food lunch; for about 12 Euro you can chose from a lot of local dishes.
