Location: Excellent – close to the beach, markets, and restaurants, yet peaceful. Rooms: Spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. Atmosphere: Relaxing, family-friendly, and welcoming. Value: Great value for money considering the service and amenities. Service: Outstanding! Special thanks to Raya from the front office for her warm hospitality. Huge appreciation to Nam, View, Tae, and Fadel from the restaurant team – they served my family with care and patience, even after 10:30 PM. Cleanliness: Very clean – rooms and public areas were well maintained. Amenities: The swimming pool deserves a mention – it’s large, clean, and perfect for both kids and adults. Overall, a memorable stay. Would highly recommend for families visiting Phuket!

Wonderful hotel for a family break. Staff are amazing. Khom, Dew, Aji were amazing in the restaurant. Iris on reception made sure everything went smoothly. They looked after us so well at breakfast and made the boys birthday something to remember. Pool is amazing. Hotel in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park. The hotels offer’s a perfect blend of comfort, location and hospitality. A special mention to Lia and Niinew who were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, they have lots of variety to choose, the best part is kids eat free it’s a bonus. They have a massive pool area and my kids really enjoyed swimming. The facilities are well maintained.

I have had the best time here with my mum that I didn’t want to go home. The staff have been absolutely amazing especially to my mum. They were so helpful that I couldn’t fault them at all. Nothing was an issue for them. Will definitely be back next year. Special mention to Ching, Fei, Alif, Sun, Q and Mild just name a few!
