This hotel is totally fabulous.. perfect location .. superb rooms . Lovely gym polite and very pleasant staff ( and that is everyone ) and a magnificent rooftop bar and restaurant. In fact so many positives … I don’t have room to list them . My favourite hotel in Vienna .

It's a habit I took recently, staying at SO's concept hotels of Accor. I must say, this is the pinnacle of Accor own product, never deceiving. And SO Vienna was at his best. Beyond beautiful high-tech design, cubistic architecture, and seamless cardboards, sliding doors inside the rooms and suites, you are surrounded by technology and futuristic appliances & furniture. We were simply overwhelmed by the perfect details, straight from the entrance to the very last detail in the rain shower. The best is here to come : ALL of the staff, was so polite & helpful, from the ballet parking personnel, through the reception, to the room service department, cleaning staff and restaurant/bar ones. I have some names that I definitely want to express our gratitude , and they are Mrs Sofia Elena Bryant ( front office manager ), Mrs Maria Gavea ( front office receptionist), Mrs Roxana ( front office manager , can't remember family name), Mr Tianhao Xu (receptionist) and Miss Elizaveta Nechaeva ( receptionist trainee). The feeling of home away from home was obvious and we felt absolutely pampered during the whole stay. An to be frank, I will always try to book our SO Stay Suite, as the most enviable package of the SO Vienna. The bar & restaurant were also splendid, offering beyond the smashing perspective of Vienna City, some delightful dishes, allowing breakfast to lunch and dinner. On weekends , some fantastic parties are held on this panoramic emplacement. Absolutely the spot to be !!!

I had the privilege of staying at this wonderful hotel and dining at Das Loft during a business trip. I had read very positive reviews on TripAdvisor which was the tipping point for me to choose this hotel but in all fairness, the reviews didn’t do this wonderful establishment justice. From Daniel and Steffi at the front desk to Mina, Charles, and Marlis at Das Loft, I couldn’t have for a better experience. Excellent customer service, clean and spacious rooms, helpful advice regarding sites and travel around Wein including helping me get a dinner reservation at Das Loft (thank you Steffi!) and what a wonderful dining experience at Das Loft on the 18th floor it was! Delightful food and drink, excellent customer service, and an all encompassing sensory dining experience! See pictures and video to see what I am referring to…I look forward to bringing my wife on my next trip to Wein so that we can share this experience together! Highly recommended! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Such a wonderful stay. Staff were amazing. So helpful. Hotel was just beautiful Room was spotless. And had a gorgeous view. Location was perfect for touring Vienna. A stay in the hotel wouldnt be complete without a visit to the loft bar. Highly recommend.
