Wonderful 4 star hotel at a convenient location in Vienna, walking distance from Wien Mitte Mall and Inner stadt, and a short U ride away from other attractions. We stayed in the Biedermeir suite which was very spacious with 2 sitting rooms, 1 BR and 2 WCs (shower was in 1 WC only though). We got a complimentary will stocked mini bar with various drinks during our stay. There is on site restaurant and on site pub seeing good drinks and food. For breakfast, the hotel should introduce waffle and pancake options especially for kids. Otherwise the breakfast is good. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the pedestrian zone. The rooms are spacious, the cleanliness is on a high level. I think the breakfast is too expensive, the choice of dishes is not that big... The restaurant has a beautiful garden, away from the city noise and at the same time you are in the heart of a big city... I recommend this hotel!

Set just off a pleasant vibrant main shopping street ond a 6 mins walk from a metro station the hotel is convenient and well located just on the edge of the city centre. The staff are lovely, the rooms dark in keeping with the traditional theme but beds are very comfortable and a fridge is provided. The highlight of the hotel is definitely it breakfasts! We stayed for a week and on request we did ask to move from the first room allocated as the builders were working in rooms nearby replacing the windows. Would recommend the CAT transfer to this hotel as it is so convenient and as a bonus there is a small supermarket adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed are holiday in Vienna and send our thanks to the staff.

Lovely hotel. Short walk to the main attractions in Vienna and the airport shuttle train station very easily accessed. Situated in quiet location. The room was spacious and the bathroom very light with a bath and shower and plenty of hot water. The Reception staff were lovely, kind, friendly and very helpful they even checked to see if places were open on their PC and helped us with directions a lot. The 2 single beds were comfortable and the room very clean. We ate in the restaurant twice in the evening and the food was excellent as was the wine. A great place to stay we would stay again as it's so convenient. It was a lovely friendly place to stay and once again I cannot fault the reception staff who were great, had a good sense of humour and often made us laugh. Highly recommended.

PRO's: - decent hotel on renovation - very good sound proof windows - helpful staff - 7 min walk from Wien Mite train station CON's: - very high prices on breakfast, it charges 24 euro/person if you arrive early in the morning and you want to have breakfast - restaurant also has high prices about 50 euro for a snitzel with French fries and a beer - the ventilation system is extremely noisy but the hotel turns it off during night time
