Hôtel propre, personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner varié et qualitatif. Chambres un peu petites avec quelques manques comme une planche et un fer à repasser.

Personnel accueillant, le resto - l’entrecôte saignante avait la texture d’une semelle. Petit déjeuner très bien avec de très bons produits, mais ce n’est pas 6:30 mais plutôt 6:50… À 6:30 il y a une seule personne (bien que très gentille est serviable) qui ne peut pas tout faire … Ce n’est pas le Pullman d’autrefois.

We really liked the experience and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only downside was the noise from the tram in the morning.
