Das Hotel ist schön und bietet alles von der Marke Mercure. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas klein. Doch alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Auch das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit meiner Zimmertür. Doch mir wurde sehr gut geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Given the cost I would have expected more. It was a mixed experience. Positives: -Breakfast was fine. The room was clean. Could be better: - The lift was broken and I was on the 6th floor. - The amenities in the room could be better - e.g. ironing board, selection of teas. - The food menu in the evening was very limited.

This was my 6th stay – as always, clean, reliable, and perfectly located close to the U5 subway. Street parking is easy on weekends. The hotel was very full this time, and the bar staff seemed overwhelmed – no table service, so guests had to get their drinks themselves. It might help to add more staff when occupancy is high. Also, it was unusually noisy at night with loud guests outside the hotel, even noticeable on the 6th floor. On a positive note: for the first time, someone at check-in acknowledged my status and thanked me for my loyalty – that really stood out and made me feel appreciated. Looking forward to coming back.

In viaggio con amici abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura. L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla e comoda per uscire da monaco. Struttura molto carina, personale molto gentile e ottima pulizia. Consigliatissimo!
