Les process Novotel sont respectés mais la taille du complexe hotelier rendent l'ensemble impersonnel, on ne se sent pas "acceuilli". Le site comporte dans les même locaux un hotel Ibis, le personnel est professionnel mais on est dans un traitement "de masse" (par ex: impossibilité de charger son repas sur la note générale).

I forgot my toiletry bag and emailed the hotel to ask if they had found my toiletry bag, which I accidentally left behind. Unfortunately, I never received any response. I find this lack of communication very disappointing and unprofessional. .
