Overall, a great stay at Ibis Styles Silom. Great location near MTS station. Hotel looks very new. Rooms were simple and clean. Breakfast buffet delicious. Staff was very helpful and kind. Pool is a little small but with a great view. Great experience.

The counter is really professional and nice! My period just came unexpectedly, and the period pad from one of the counter lady just saved my life…. I really appreciate about it, thank you so much❤️ I’ll definitely visit Ibis hotel next time while I have the business trip, and of course recommend it ti my friends!

Sam, Kik and Eye did an amazing job at making me and my friend feel comfortable during our stay. They were attentive and professional - would definitely stay at this lovely hotel and to be cared for by its warm and lovely staff. Stayed here twice, perfect few days, staff very accommodating, great choice for breakfast, lovely pool area and close to the BTS & blue metro line. They were more than happy for us to leave our case when we left for a few days and came back. Came back and Fasai at the front desk was extremely helpful.

This is probably one of the best Ibis Style Hotels I have ever stayed in. Its design was really unique and looks so luxurious as if it is a 5-star hotel. And if you are an All Accor Member, the staff will take extra miles to ensure you got everything you need during your stay.
