While the service staff and breakfast was incredible, the hotel fell short on being accommodating. My wife was unable to book a prenatal massage and when told at check out the only excuse given was to book in advance, despite being told on check in that she would be fine to walk into the spa and book an appointment. We were also told that we should go to Raffles instead however the price difference for a massage was £200. We also requested a body pillow which wasn't provided until the following day and our room also sounded like 3 washing machines going off any time you turned the AC on.

my stay in fairmont Doha was one of the best of the fairmont hotels I have stayed in Attention to detail in the room is great the furniture is luxurious the finishing of the hotel is amazing and the decoration as well. The cleanliness and the staff are amazing The only thing I have really wanted more is for an upgrade due to the mishaps that were in my room I have changed the room since the bathroom was not functioning as needed the toilet seat was not working and the shower was not that clean otherwise it was memorable and I would come for sure again The staff were very helpful from the cleaners reception and the rest of staff Well done The rooms I shall y go into usually put my name it would be nice to have personalized welcome

We generally had a lovely stay. My husband, my 2 boys and myself were staying at the Fairmont for the first time. We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. I would however encourage that staff could be more clued on as to ensure a full positive guest experience. We had to wait for almost 45 minutes before we could head to our room because it was being prepared. The member of staff that attended to us could have just apologised and ensured that process was faster. He rather highlighted that the delay was due to the room being a suite which is incredibly unprofessional seeing as the fault was on the part of the hotel. We then had asked if we could extend our stay on the morning we were due to checkout. The lady at the front desk was dismissive and said that room was booked and didn't bother to offer options of the possibility of staying in a different room. Despite all of these, we managed to have a good time and hopefully have a much better experience next time. Thank you
