Im not much enjoying the beach cause my schedule are very busy at the conference, but what I can comment is I think you need to start refreshing the hotel. The hotel is very old and Im very sure that it need proper maintenance ASAP. Breakfast quality is also need an improvement.

Very well located hotel on a quieter beach in north Penang. You can walk straight onto the beach, and have breakfast overlooking it. Depending on traffic, 15-30 minutes Grab ride from Georgetown center. Seaside rooms have a fantastic view of the ocean, as does the gym. There is not much within walking distance (in the heat), but there is a small store in the building next door. Rooms are modest in size, but have all you need. It gets just 4 star since the room furniture is not of the highest quality. and could do with a makeover. Breakfast is good, with reasonable variety, though gets very busy at the weekend and things do not get replenished.

One of the few hotels on the beach on Penang Island. I recommend rooms with a sea view. Room cleaning at a low level... Swimming is possible in the hotel pool and the sea. Near the street market and a restaurant on the beach. Well-equipped gym. Sometimes the peace at night is disturbed by large groups of tourists from China. Breakfasts with a large selection of local cuisine.

Due For A Much Needed Upgrade - The only thing good is the location to the beach and the size of the pool, I found the staff to be bored and unwilling to be pleasant when you approach them. I am not sure all rooms were like mine but mine looked dirty and very used. This is in no way a 4 star hotel and Accor need to spend some money to fix it up because it has so much potential.
