You can’t beat the convenient location if you are catching trains to and from Gare du Nord Station. We liked the quirky décor and stayed in a Medium Plus room with a balcony that had distant views of Sacre Couer (a 12 minute walk away). The bed & pillows were comfortable and the room was quiet. Bath products were good. Breakfast was located in a nice dining setting and there was plenty of variety. Staff were at all times, efficient, helpful and polite. We would highly recommend this hotel to our family & friends seeking a hotel in close proximity to Gare du Nord Station.

Woken up twice!

Great location, nicely decorated. The Neni as good as Berlin and Vienna but a rather small menu. Unfortunately I was woken up by a fire alarm one night, everybody gathered in their pyjamas on the boulevard. These things happen and most likely it was a guest who caused our discomfort but I would expect the management to apologise. The next night a guest walked into my room. Again nobody apologised but I was told that it was a member of the staff not a guest. Since I speak French, I know better. Again an apology would have been more appropriate.

Just returned from a 4 night stay and feel compelled to write a review. An excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay relaxed and enjoyable. Our room was on the 5th floor with a balcony which gave us a view of Montmartre. Massive bed. Nice selection at breakfast from cooked to continental . Just a short walk across the road from the Gare de Nord and Metro connections. Would not hesitate to recommend. Non hotel related. unless desperate, give Montmartre a miss. Aggressive/threatening beggars. Had an unpleasant experience with one, couldn't wait to get out of the area. The Navigo passes are temperamental and didn't work at some stations but did at others.

For those who have stayed at a 25hours hotel before, this hotel matches everything you like (or not) about the brand! Its funky and informal. Its main selling point i its excellent location right opposite The Gare Du Nord, very convenient for those traveling, especially on the Eurostar. However, this is a pricey hotel and for the price it charges, its way below what i expected. The lobby is more crowded than the station opposite and when i tried to check in on an already online checked in room, I was told that someone else was given my room. 30 mins later i was given my room! The room was nice, funky, although the bathroom looked really 3 star, with no door! I was charged the city tax for 2 persons, even though I was just by myself, despite my sending an email to the GM, there was no response or refund of the extra charge levied! I tried to leave my luggage in the store room for couple of days, and was asked to give the porter a "tip", as it was not the policy of the hotel to store luggage for the guests, even for a day or 2! Keep that in mind when considering staying here. I won't!

As for luggage storage, we do offer this service on the day of check-out, but unfortunately, we are unable to store bags beyond that for logistical and security reasons. This is a fantastic hotel in every aspect. Location, staff, attention to detail, the quirkiness. Its just across the Gare du Nord, so very convenient. The rooms are a nice size, though can be a bit dark. The breakfast could do with some more variety, but its still very good, and has a very spacious restaurant. Experience it to enjoy it....words dont do it justice :-)
