Had an amazing stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok! The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Special thanks to the concierge team for their outstanding support and to the spa team for a truly relaxing experience. A big shoutout to Nicha from the spa—she was fantastic. Always been a big fan of Banyan Tree Hotels, so to guarantee having a great time in Bangkok as it my first visit ever, I decided to book there, pray to be found by a super amusing man from the concierge called Mr Wat 😄, funny and welcoming gentleman, will give you the best vibes, and as usual the Hotel is more than super 😍

A four-course dinner with a bottle of red wine. High quality food and comfortable environment. Window seat, unobstructed view, great value for money. Also sent a bouquet of roses and a birthday cake. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended 👍🏻

The Lounge offered decent food for afternoon tea and happy hours. If you enjoy alcohol, consider upgrading to a room with Lounge access for unlimited drinks during happy hours. We chose the breakfast buffet instead of the Lounge buffet because the staff informed us that there was more variety in the main restaurant. However, I found that the food variety was only decent. The location is not very convenient since we need to take a taxi to get around, but given the traffic jam in Bangkok, we ended up staying at the hotel without going out. We requested a technician to assist with the TV, but someone took quite a while to arrive. Overall, this was an average stay for us.

Absolutely loved our visit here! The food was delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was cozy with great vibes, perfect for a relaxed night out. A big shoutout to Toay, Ying, and Fon for their outstanding hospitality. They were so friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. Their service added a personal touch that made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend — can’t wait to come back!
