Wanted to stay at this hotel since I saw it on TV several years ago. It looked quirky and fun - and it didn't disappoint. Great location - handy for transport links and getting around. Breakfast is excellent - lots of choice with a view over Berlin. Friendly and helpful staff. NENI restaurant is popular and usually booked for dinner, but they manage to find space for residents. The industrial look and dark design of the hotel may not be for everyone, but I liked it. Was advised about housekeeping being every other day, which was fine. Had an urban room - next time will try a jungle room...........

Central location in West Berlin. Right next to the zoo and not far from Kurfürstendamm. View from the bar and restaurant is very nice and well designed. Jungle Large room quite original. View on the 5th floor more of ventilation systems than zoo. Breakfast quite decent. Better than in many 5-star hotels. We liked the audiovisual design of the lifts. To summarise: A really good option in West Berlin.

Generally I enjoyed my time at 25hours Berlin. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very cool! On return to my room after a day out competing at a fitness event, I was surprised that Housekeeping had not been. I was told it was not offered unless requested, which I was surprised about as i was not told this at check in. I requested extra towels and water. Towels were provided but not water. The bar on the top floor is brilliant, as is the spa area. It’s a nice hotel, perhaps slightly overpriced as the area by the station is a little dodgy in the evenings.

An amazing stay in a beautiful city.

A fantasticically unique hotel. We had rooms with Zoo views, and it was beautiful. Everything in the room was clean, well maintained and included a stocked complimentary mini-bar. The live plants and hammock added a homey and lively atmosphere. The service was amazing. Selina and Miriam in particular greeted us each time with warmth and kindness and effortlessly accommodated our requests such as for running path recommendations, steak houses and so on. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, both high quality and great variety. Finally, the sauna area was immaculate and both the sauna and the relaxation room had incredible views of the city.

It was our first stay with 25 hours Hotel. And we can really recommend it. Starting from the very down to earth and friendly welcome at reception we were able to explore our rooms. The black/dark design with the modern highlights might not be everyone’s taste but I for one liked it. The rooftop bar overlooking Tiergarten, Zoo (hallo lion, birds and apes!) was very inviting and the location is just perfect. Best thing maybe was the excellent breakfast in NENI restaurant, overlooking the city right up to the Reichstagskupoel, Gedächtniskirche on the other side and so forth. It was awesome. Thanks for the great service!
