The Mercure had everything I needed including a good restaurant as was nervous going out into Alice Springs by myself at night. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because of the room cleanliness. The bed was comfy and staff friendly

When I pay nearly $300 dollars for one night I would expect the conditioner in the shower to be topped up, milk in the fridge and a smart TV. Minor things perhaps, but i like to splurge once in a while on a nice hotel and expect details such as these to be included.
