Ozgur Cicekdal came to help us with our dry cleaning and laundry. He was very helpful and friendly and took of our needs very promptly. He helped clean up our room and organized different things in our room. He was very professional and met all of our needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Istanbul, and I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by two outstanding staff members: Chef Mehmet Usta and Mr. Turan at the reception. Chef Mehmet’s food was not only delicious but prepared with such attention and care that it made each meal a memorable experience. His warm attitude and passion for what he does truly made me feel at home. Mr. Turan at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable. Their dedication to hospitality left a lasting impression on me, and I believe they truly represent the heart of Swissôtel’s service excellence. Thank you both for making my visit so special! PS. I will come again.

The service at the bar was excellent Baris was outstanding, Thank you Baris.the executive club was highlighted by Gamze who remembered us from last year and her service is impeccable , Thankyou Gamze once again🙏

In general every thing is really marvellous. For example, Service,laundry and staff treatment. Food us really delicious. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful so I recommend my friends to stay in this hotel. The hotel is located in a very good area so you can do walking to Taqsim Sequare and down town
