Have stayed here many times as an Accor member and it’s always been great. Rooms well appointed, service always helpful and breakfast fantastic. As a Platinum member the lounge is great added benefit and whilst I haven’t used it yet the pool and gym look great.

Stayed 4 nights, 2 adults one 14 yr old 4pm checkout option (when available, and extra $) was useful Location nice and central Can get airport train to St James station, then 3 min walk to hotel Walkable to Darling Harbour (10 Mins) Bar is nice, good chilled atmosphere. Friendly staff. Heated pool - Not a massive amount but enough for a QUICK winter dip. Breakfast - Didn't do as for price easier to go down the road and find something. (Eg. Level 5 has massive food court at Westfields, which is next door). Comfortable bed and pillows (both on softer side) Kid and family friendly, while maintaining a professional feel. Room view depends on where you are, higher the better. Would stay again. overall had a great stay.

Stayed 3 nights. Location is convenient. Friendly staff, let me check in around one hour earlier than the standard time, at the same time, upgraded my room to executive floor. Buffet breakfast was not much to choose from but quality is generally fine.

Best location. Sydney CBD Good price. Swimming pool Excellent service at Hotel Club level 9 you have full access to drinks and food. Good alcohol selection from 6pm Breakfast is special treat. I will definitely recommend if you visit Sydney.

Noisy suite, not relaxing

The suites are located next to the lifts, so you can hear them going up and down. Huge design flaw. I wouldn’t pay extra for this suite, stay somewhere else. The club room was crowded and understaffed on the long weekend. The food was kids party food, pies, dim sims etc
