The pillows are in facts the fluffiest ive ever felt. The hotel scent is perfect, luce the attention and service. The restaurante is besutiful and the food is quality food, is really nice.

We arrived at the Plaza Hotel after a long, exhausting flight from LA that was delayed. It was very late, and we were extremely tired. Unfortunately, our experience upon arrival was far from what you'd expect from a hotel of this reputation. Our Uber driver dropped us off right at the porch, but to our surprise, there was absolutely no one there to greet us or help with our luggage. No doorman, no bellhop-just silence.... They hardly care about anything or anyone . No water in the room , no tea tray … I had never expected such bad behaviour from a reputed hotel like this . Also while we were checking out they said their system is not working so they blocked my husband’s credit card n blocked 500 US dollars n never gave us a bill of our incidentals . We had to go to hamptons so we left n a day later they took 500 dollars n a day later they reversed 500 n again a day later they took 500 . They keep doing this for 3-4 days without sending us an actual bill . The whole experience at the plaza was a big disaster . I would not recommend anyone to stay here .
