This is a great hotel with superb service from the staff - especially on the Gold Floor. The location is obviously amazing but the hotel experience also is second to none. The rooms were excellent, the staff were all welcoming and eager to help. The breakfast in the Gold Lounge was also a great start to the day.

I visited Fairmont Lake Louise with my family this May and had high expectations, especially after seeing all the beautiful ads and photos online now.While the location is stunning, I was very disappointed by the service—specifically the concierge. I understand I was visiting during the transition between spring and summer, so I kindly asked the concierge desk for help figuring out which nearby lakes were fully thawed at the time. I still remember the concierge’s name—Alex. She seemed young and inexperienced, and when I asked for advice and whether I could borrow some ice cleats, her response was simply: “I don’t know, just check the webcam. It’s easy to find.”I think it is still frozen “ That advice left me completely in the dark. I checked the webcam but didn’t know what area I was even looking at. Because of the lack of guidance, I ended up skipping Emerald Lake, only to find out the next day—too late—that it had already thawed and would have been perfect to visit. I missed a key highlight of my trip because of the lack of proper information and support from the concierge. Please don’t brush this off by saying it’s “weather dependent”—the lake was fully thawed on the webcam, and the concierge simply didn’t take the time to help or explain. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. At a luxury hotel like this, I expected much more care and local expertise. Very disappointing.

All experience is amazing! I went In Fairmont more than 5 times, and I pretend to come back again every year. Lake Louise it is my favorite place in Canada and when I went I need stay in Fairmont Hotel. Fairmont is the best hotel in Canada. The food is amazing, I love the fondue in Walliser Stube Restaurant, the fondue is perfect.

Didn' t disappoint from vision presented in all photos .

This is a Fairmont hotel so they are usually very grand castle /chateau style buildings this one didn't disappoint . We had a room on 8th floor with views onto Lake Louise which was a spectacular vision at sunrise . Food excellent and the staff are top notch nothing is too much trouble . There are a lovely selection of top class shops in the hotel too.

This hotel is quite enchanting. The location is magnificent, literally perfect. The decor inside is amazing, rooms newly refurbished and faultless. Service was really good from the hotel staff. I have given 5* from this however the afternoon tea was a let down, I booked for our anniversary and didnt get a seat overlooking the lake which was a huge disappointment as it seemed priorities for influences etc. Also we went for a drink in one or the other eateries and the service was atrocious we left without even starting out drinks just paid the bill and went to our room. Hotel amazing but the dining facilities are poor, that being said we will be back next year.
