Great hotel near the airport and Disneyland Shanghai. They offer free shuttles to Disneyland, the Airport, and the Bund. They also provide free use of strollers for kids. They have an indoor playground and a pool that the kids will enjoy. The food in their restaurant is also great at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a brilliant stay at the Novotel Clover in a lovely family suite, with great Disney decoration. Even extra treats for my partner’s birthday. The beds were giant and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful providing a very smooth check in and convenient luggage storage. The shuttle to Disney and the airport was a great bonus and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Novotel Clover. We engaged the services of Lucky to assist us with the route in Disneyland and it was a breeze navigating there as we have an elderly and two young children with us. Appreciate Lucky’s attentiveness. It is always pleasant to see Zhang Yanli as she provides excellent service and makes us feel at home. She goes the extra mile to assist my mother with the drinks and food. We like the small indoor playground for the children and the shuttle services to airport and Disneyland are excellent.

It was our first time staying here and we were pleasantly surprised by the very cool architecture, but also by the very warm welcomes and the fact that they could speak english! We were very happy to stay here as the services and facilities here were amazing, accompanied by very delicious food. We very highly recommend staying here, especially if you are planning to go to disneyland.

We stayed here for 3 nights kids loved it, rare to find a Novotel hotel to have an awesome indoor kids play area, with full on balls for kids to play with, the rooms are generous in size. Tried buffet brekkie and totally recommend there will be something for everybody. They also run a complimentary kids craft activity each day you can leave kids during or after brekkie. Note we are loyal Accor plus members and can confirm complimentary drink applies although variety may not be extensive, this in addition to free beverage the room comes with. You can use Accor plus for meals as well . Overall very happy with our stay and thank Dean and team for running a tight ship ensuring all guests are happy during stay
