Borgobianco Hotel has to be the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. Superb views.Amazing staff who were so attentive.The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and the large bed was really very comfortable. Breakfast was everything you could want plus freshly cooked eggs etc. Dinnner in the restaurant was a great experience with a very varied menu. Beautiful outdoor pool, plus a heated pool in the spa. Plenty of of treatments available, I had a wonderful massage. The hotel is beautifully landscaped with a photo opportunity wherever you turn. Ample car parking on site. We shall return

This beautiful hotel is an authentic Masiera in the countryside of the Puglia area. We booked one week in one of their Suites for our family of three, 2 adults and one teenager. The room was large with a living room (one single bed for our daughter), a terrace with partial sea view, a separate bedroom and one shower room. The resort is perfectly located to visit Bari, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Alberobello, Monopoli, etc. A car is mandatory and everything is within very close distance, making the location ideal for us. The hotel is a true 5 star resort: immaculate rooms and grounds, stunning gardens, indoor SPA with heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and treatments, professional staff willing to help at all times, outdoor pool (not heated) with staff on site to look after you (beach towels, bar and restaurant), buffet-style breakfast with plenty of options in a breathtaking view environment, an evening restaurant which we did not try as we were out and about for visits and meals. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and we very much enjoy our stay at Borgobianco. We highly recommend it. PS: two small tips for improvement, a heated outdoor pool would have been pleasant when the weather isn't that hot and a proper bathroom for your Suites as the shower room we had was quite small for a family.

Just returned from this amazing hotel. Travelled with my parents and grown-up daughters on half-board basis. Rooms are pristine, dinners were exceptional, breakfast plentiful and the grounds kept immaculately picturesque. The staff looked after us so well. From the shuttle drivers (we did not hire a car), all the restaurant staff were so warm, patient and incredibly accommodating. We made use of the beautiful pool & Spa. The reception team, Federica, Antonella were also so incredibly helpful. Desirée gave us spot-on advice with our trips completely taking into consideration my parent’s age and mobility. Carry on the fantastic work Borgobianco, we would love to return!

The hotel and the grounds are beautiful and so welcoming. The staff at the hotel felt like family. Antonella at the front desk was an Angel who helped rescue us when our car got a flat tire With No Spare!!!! She spoke and worked with kind strangers to help fix our situation once roadside assistance wanted to pick the car up and leave us stranded to find our way to the hotel.. the hotel was more than an hour away and with her help this stranger was able to get our car repaired and get us on the road home to the Borgobianco Resort!!! We definitely look forward to our next vacation and to stay again with our family there. Our room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the Orchard. The room was very quaint, welcoming and comfortable the best mattress we had all through Italy.!!!! The pool and the grounds beauty is breathtaking. It is a must stay and we would rate it a 10+

We chose Puglia for our holiday and came across the Borgobianco Hotel, which looked promising—so we decided to give it a try! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Breakfast was lovely, and the hotel services were solid overall. There were plenty of relaxing spots, especially the outdoor pool lounge, which was a highlight for us. Polignano's scenery itself is amazing. It is also full of fantastic restaurants and gelaterias. The hotel staff had some great local recommendations too. The hotel is also well located for booking nearby activities, making it a great base for exploring the area. A couple of suggestions for improvement: - It would be nice to have a lounge set on the room balcony for relaxing in the mornings. - The rain shower lacked water pressure, which made showers take longer than necessary. Still 5/5 though!
