I always prefer to stay at Mercure.One of the best group of hotels.I stayed in Penang,Langkawi,Bangkok and Zurich.The Staff are very cooperative.My stay in Bangkok is from 13th- 16th June.Benz is very helpful and friendly.

Great Hotel. Great location. Many dining options in the area, including the Gaucho Argentine Steakhouse in the hotel. The best feature is the staff. Fantastic hotel in a great location. Adison who works as the concierge at the entrance is a true gentleman and extremely helpful. The adjoining restaurant (Lily Fu’s) has a great menu and happy hour from 2pm-7pm every day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

They have great staff. I met Ms Ratty today (she cleaned my room) who taught me to say Hello and thank you in Thai. She is the sweetest lady. She left an elephant on my bed and gave me flowers. The staff keep asking are you okay, do you need anything. The room was spotless. They literally wait on you.
