Awesome location, nearby many places of interest and the highlight of my stay is Ryan the bar gentleman. Not only he serves my tea pipping hot, his egg tart is delicious and he is so adorable. Mercure should reward employees like him, friendly, efficient, and he will be the reason i am making my comeback here next year.

Amazing staff, great room, convenient location, great facilities, superb breakfast, walkable to where I wanted to go this trip and access to buses and trains. Can't fault it at all! Concierge and front office staff were always helpful and friendly! Hotel allowed me to use the ladies shower in the swimming pool area even after check-out as my transport back to KL was only in the late evening...of course, a staff would scan the lift for me to go up and access the area. Overall, a good stay!

We had a very comfortable six night stay. The hotel (and our room) was very clean and quiet, although we did occasionally hear an alarm and the plumbing from another room,. The staff in the breakfast buffet were attentive and very efficient and the cleaning staff, who never seemed to stop working, were always friendly. The location is great - so central to the MRT and buses to everywhere we wanted to go, and walking distance, and so many food options at the doorstep. The pool provided welcome relief after wandering around in the Singapore heat. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient locations, right at the heart of Bugis. 5 mins walk to MRT bugis, lots of malls and shops around for souvenirs too. Haji Lane is 15 mins walk which also fun things to do. Nice and clean room, comfy bed. Friendly bellman name Mohamad was very helpful and attentive to us. Thank you 😄

My favorite place to stay in Singapore as it's right in the heart of the Bras Basah - Bugis precinct which is super convenient with malls full of shops and restaurants, hawker centres, MRT stations, and a lot of places to explore! Staff are always professional and nice. Room has decent space and clean.
