The hotel location is very good. Easy access, nice looking, quite comfortable room, not bad vaiority for breakfast. However staff striked out all positive points. It is very unpolite and rude. You really feel that you are unplesent guest. My son studing in Milan, so we visit him time to time. Our usual Mercure hotel was sold out. So we decisde to try Ibis style. Our son came to visit us, hotel reseptionist refuse to let him in to the room even with my wife came down to supervise him up to the room. I came downstastairs trying to explain that we have bought some stuff for son and he need to try it if size is Ok. But was again rejected. I call for manager, it was GM on duty. He rudly told me that it is not possible. Visitors are only alowed in the loby. On my remark that I faced with such issue first time during staing in other Accor hotels in the worls nad Milan, he replied everything happen for the first time. Breakfast is serving till 10AM. Wecame 9:40 it was almost quite fine to finish it, however when my wife asked cup of tea on 10:00AM sharp and got reply from stuff that breakfast is only till 10AM so no tea and start switching light off in the canteen. Hotel pretend to be good in everthing except staff. Looks like GM spread his influence to overall hotel team members, looks like he simply tired of people. Seems polite was only room cleaner. We also saw how other stuff was arguing with other clients. So if you like and need rude handling, then it is your hotel. Never ever will come back here, better will chosse non Accor hotel.

The hotel is located about 15 minute walk from Milan Central Station and not far from Lima Metro station. Check-in was uneventful as I had done online check-in The room was a single room and small in size Bathroom very small especially the shower area.. Had issue with no hot water in shower Reported it to man at reception and he was very condescending but eventually agreed to have someone look at it. I was going out and didn’t expect them to look at it immediately!! There was hot water in the morning so issue resolved. There was also an exposed panel in the ceiling with wires hanging out !! I only had a short one night stay at this hotel and don't think I'd want to stay any longer Room rate €130 for single room !! Wouldn't stay here again unfortunately..

Very Budget Hotel , no value for mony. Ataff are not very welcoming , specially if you dont speak italian. Room was fair with nice terrace. Terrace was full of cigarettes on the ground. King bed too small for couples. Breakfast very poor and with limited choice

If you’re worried about the reviews, don’t be! Me and my boyfriend spent 3 nights here and we have nothing to fault at all. The rooms were lovely and cleaned everyday, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We felt safe. It’s extremely convenient as the metro stop is a minutes walk away. The restaurant across from the hotel is amazing too! The breakfast is nice but there are very limited options if you prefer a full English style of breakfast. Overall this hotel was lovely and made our trip to milan extremely enjoyable and easy!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights from 17th December 2024. The hotel is well located for the main Milan sights with a Metro station just around the corner. Our double room was of a good size, although the shower was very small. The room also had a lovely balcony, which due to the poor weather we couldn’t make use of. Our one and only complaint of the hotel was the obnoxious and very rude male receptionist. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, however, these are provided via a hot water machine and tea bag / coffee sachets, near to the bar area on the ground floor. Having made an observation to the receptionist that there was no milk to go with the hot drinks, he absolutely blew his top saying how he couldn’t believe I was complaining over something that was being provided for free. My wife and I tried to have a conversation with him, only to be shut down, and told that he didn’t want to speak to us any further, and wouldn’t allow my wife to speak, before walking away. We have never been spoken to by any hotel staff around the world the way this man spoke to us. He was truly rude and obnoxious, and should never be allowed to interact with customers. He was not only a disgrace to Accor hotels but also to Italian people. My wife who is Italian said afterwards that he made her feel embarrassed to be Italian.
