I came here with my family because the hotel was looking in peace. But at 8 o’clock some noise started because the hotel was under construction, but they didn’t tell me.. the construction starts in front of my bedroom and it was so noice. There was insect in the room, but it’s OK because it’s a green hotel.. but big noise of work machines is not a part of my stay. Yes, maybe they have to make some constructions . But if it’s in front of my room exactly in my garden.; they have to say this to me. Now I had a big headache.. I told the front desk and they said you are just one day guest. I understood that they took my money and they gave the room that they don’t want to give anybody. This is the first time I live this kind of things in an accor hotel

Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Very limited breakfast options. Unfortunately I was given a room which had a connecting door to another hotel room I wasn't sharing with. From my bed I could hear every word the couple next door said as the door was not sealed and had gaps around it. When I complained about the noise as I needed to sleep and was feeling unwell after travelling, I was reluctantly given a new room which was quieter. However, it was dealt with in not a very polite way and the customer service could be a lot better. I was told I should not be complaining about loud noise at 8.30pm and it was too early to be in bed. The rooms are decent and average and the location is ok. You have to hire towels for the pool for €5 if you want to use the pool.

One of the worst experiences ever. We’ve arrived for two nights and plan to move to some other hotel although our tariff is not refundable. The condition of the room, facilities and breakfast do not match neither to the pictures nor to 4 stars. As a manager said, pictures were taken 12 years ago. I believe much earlier, and it’s a real scam. The kid couldn’t even eat here because everything looks not clean. The smell everywhere is disgusting as well.

Very nice hotel everything we needed was catered for..food was very good and the pool was beautiful restaurant next door is very good and I would highly recommend ..good central location …and the icing on the cake was the receptionist Silvia who went above and beyond for us 🤌💙

Lovely clean hotel with helpful staff. Our appartment was perfect and exactly how it looked on pictures when booking. The balcony was a lot bigger than we thought it would be. Lots of storage space. Beds and pillows very comfy too. We used the pool on multiple days which was a really nice break and time to relax. 4 minute walk to the bus stop for the 990 into Rome and a 2 minute walk to the train station. Next to the train station is a small shop where you can buy and top up your atac card, children under 10 travel for free on the metro and the bus. Google maps makes travel easy. In Balduina there are a few different shops and restaurants within walking distance. We have felt safe as a family of 3 traveling by foot and bus from the hotel.
