Felt really well taken care of by the front team Yada, Snack, and Boyd were all super welcoming and helpful. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, and even when I had a problem, they stepped in right away. Really appreciate the great service!

Great location (lots of impressive shopping malls nearby), smooth check-in and check-out, room and bedsheets are spick & span (room is cleaned every day), excellent (big & fresh) breakfast buffet, friendliness goes beyond hospitallity, hotel deserves 5 stars!!

Today, I had the opportunity to visit the rooftop bar at Sky On Hotel, Sukhumvit 20. The atmosphere was wonderful — the weather was cool and comfortable, with a constant breeze. The staff provided excellent service. I was very impressed. K.kong k.Japper and k.August . took care of me from the moment I arrived until I left. I will definitely come back again.

Good experience and very good quality of food staff are friendly and fast service they have many of food I really love of wagyu beef and lamp beef I can't prefer seafood but they have sushi and lovely dessert I will come again in a future thank you so much

We had a great time there, central, but quite location, sunny pool area and as Accor member we been aible to join the club lounge at the 25th floor. Good food and drinks and a warm welcome and a lovely service from Pan and the rest of the teams. We looking forward to come again
