Extremely friendly and helpful staff member. Convenient location. 5 minutes walk to train station and ferry terminal Executive lounge served delicious sirloin during evening cocktail. Delicious Would like to say thank you to Carolina who suggested the Waiheke day trip. Amenities required are delivered within 5 minutes by Declan. Superior service. The only thing to improve is the soundproof. The rest is simply perfect

Such a well presented hotel. We have stayed at plenty of So's around the world and know the quality of the service and the amenities that the brand offers quite well. Great service, good valet, lovely welcome. Good elevator planning too! The bed and linen were also excellent. The bathroom set up though? OMG what a disaster. Who wants to hear their loved one going through a bowel movement on the toilet? Truly and utterly what a design mess. Clearly it was a design graduate on their first appointment who crafted the bedroom arrangement. There is no economic use of space here. No foresight. No thought to good hotel design. None at all. Theres not even a place to hang wet towels. Its all weird. Oops and the shower head didn't work properly. Would I stay here again? No I don't think so as the bathroom just negates the pleasure of it all :( All the best

The receptionist here at SO/ Auckland are soooooo nice. Especially, Kes. She is amazing! She’s so helpful, friendly and gentle! You can ask anything to her. She is always willing to help!. As always. Staying here is very comfy So great to see her and everyone here

kes is cery friendly and very good service. so/ auckland is in the cbd of the city. it is very convinence. new zealand is the great place come for travel. this hotel is near a lot of tasty resteraunt. if u need the taxi for send u to airport, use grab is more cheaper
