I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the food and beverage options — the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious choices, and the in-house restaurant served high-quality meals at reasonable prices. The complimentary drinks in the lounge area were a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

We often hold events there, and the experience has been very pleasant. The banquet team, engineering team, sales and marketing, security, and other staff have been very helpful in preparing the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly according to our expectations. The food is quite good as well. Thank you to the banquet team, especially Mr. Rais, Mr. Panji, and Mr. Ismadi, who were on duty and assisted us. As a suggestion, we hope the banquet team could assign more staff during evening loading times, as we noticed only 1–2 people were setting up several rooms during our setup.

One night staycation at Hotel Pullman Jakarta Thamrin with friends is truly an excellent choice. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel offers exceptional accessibility to various key locations. It is only a 2-minute walk from the Bundaran HI TransJakarta bus stop and the Bundaran HI MRT station. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and equipped with complete amenities. Guests also have access to facilities such as a gym, spa, and swimming pool. Its proximity to major shopping centers like Plaza Indonesia, Sarinah, and Grand Indonesia makes shopping highly convenient. Moreover, it is only 50 meters away from one of Jakarta’s iconic landmarks, the Selamat Datang Monument. I am highly satisfied with the service and overall experience at Hotel Pullman Jakarta Thamrin, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering a staycation in Jakarta.

One of the cleanest hotels i’ve ever stayed in, the lobby smelled fresh. The carpets were vaccumed and the bathroom looked like it had never been used before .
