Staff went above and beyond

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for me and I will be forever grateful. I had money stolen out of my bank account and the security staff walked to the store that did it and demanded that they reverse the transaction. The customer service manager made sure that they did the reversal correctly and all of the staff checked that I was emotionally okay after the incident. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. I thought that my room might have been a bit loud where it was, but the traffic died down at a reasonable time.

Property is in need of a lot of maintenance. See pictures.

We recently stayed at this resort am I really disappointed in the amount of black mold that was in the bedrooms and hallway it really affected my asthma and they had very little concern. Also, the lights in the pools were just floating and there was electrical cables in the water. This was also very concerning. The staff are really nice and helpful but the properties in need of a makeover have a look at the attached photos.

This hotel is among one of my favourites so far, everything was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with a balcony. There is 2 pools to enjoy and 2 restaurants and a bar. Only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.

Great location and very lovely staff. Check in desk very busy and under staffed so check in or enquires at reception took a very long time. Booked a poolside room on 1st floor. Lots of traffic and pool noise. Room smelt musty and shower was not great, shower head very awkward and no hot water. Kids in “kid free” pool on 4th floor. Breakfast was ok and could definitely benefit from having automatic coffee machine that most hotels have these days. Sports bar at back was great with excellent staff. Cocktails were lovely.
