This place is not 3.5 stars. First the walk from the train station is horrible. It smells of urine, feces, full of trash. Our last night when walking to the hotel a man kept on bothering us. This definitely is not a place for young or older women or families to stay! The inside of the hotel is very old and needs a complete update. I would never recommend this place no matter how convenient to the train station. There are other places close by.

The location was good right next to the train station

Excellent location, because it is 3 minutes from Saint Charles train station. Room equipped with a kitchen, with all the needed facilities in the kitchen. Staff are pleasant and helpful. However, the rooms are not cleaned during the stay, towels are not changed and no toilet paper is added, as they tell you than they only clean the room after a week's stay, and they expect you to take down the garbage yourself .

This service includes cleaning the apartment (except the kitchen and dishes), as well as changing sheets and towels. Additionally, end-of-stay cleaning is also included. For stays of less than 8 nights, cleaning service is not included in the price. However, you have the option to request additional cleaning or just additionnal towels at reception for an additional fee. Very near to Saint Charles train station which is good for those who want to explore area / region through train / metro. Basic room with functioning kitchenette. One issue we had was that our booking was for 4 nights but we kept having to reactivate our access cards every day. The staffs kept telling us it should work now but it never do!

Stayed for a week during the Olympics and had an amazing time, the hotel was clean and tidy and the room was massive, the staff was also incredibly friendly and made sure we felt safe and looked after our entire stay :) would definitely recommend and stay again and having a kitchen was an amazing addition to fuel up while saving money

Stayed here during the Rugby World Cup. The decor was dated and could benefit from an upgrade however it was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendky. Super location. Convenient for the Metro and walking distance to the old harbour. If you want luxury then this isn’t for you. If you just want a “base” for your visit it’s just the job!
