The room was just okay. On arrival, we found glass on the floor, which was thankfully dealt with quickly, but it wasn’t a great first impression. The walls had scuffs and marks all over, making the place look quite dirty and poorly maintained. The shower barely worked — more of a dribble than a proper shower — and the complimentary body wash was empty. When we requested a replacement, housekeeping took 25 minutes to respond, and even then, they brought shampoo instead. On the plus side, the pool was nice, and both the bar and reception were decent. However, checking out was memorable for all the wrong reasons — a couple in another room were having a very loud and intimate moment, which really put the cherry on top of an already underwhelming stay

We had a very plesant experience, from check-in to check-out. The Location of the hotel was perfekt for visitin all sights. Very close to the Underground. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It’s always the same feeling when I walk into the Novotel! I’m home (but not home). The staff are excellent! I know what to expect - clean, comfortable rooms, excellent food only a phone call away, and peace and quiet. What more could you ask?

The rooms were cleaned well, but the carpets were stained and old, almost to the point of being unpleasant. Electric cattle was stained and don’t think it was washed at all. Most importantly, the reception staff seemed a bit supercilious, to be frank. They were certainly not unhelpful, but they were rude. And this is across the board: Check in, check out. Like they wholly expected me to be ‘unable to speak english, because i’m asian’. Breakfast was okay.
