It’s was a great stay, and the staffs named SOL are friendly. Definitely recommend to everyone . The location of the hotel is very convenience for traveling as it is connected to the public transportation. The room has various options for choosing.

So/ Bangkok is a beautiful boutique hotel with everything you could want. From the minute we arrived until we departed we felt welcome. The service from all staff was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is outstanding. So many things to choose from and all cooked fresh. We enjoyed a complimentary dinner at the Red Oven Restaurant which was included in our package. Delicious and plentiful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The amenities like the pool, spa and gym are very good. As previously mentioned the staff are so friendly and obliging. Special mentions to Art in the Lobby Bar, Chocolat in the Club Lounge, JJ and Luca at reception and Beey in the Concierge Services. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A perfect hotel even during a literal earthquake 😬

The staff were amazing from start to finish. They went over and beyond their line of duty allowing me and my new wife to be fully accommodated days after we landed from London having escaped the Heathrow fires. The team were always available to help, walking around with a smile on their face always. The hotel smelt brilliant, the beds were fantastically made and even the breakfast was spot on. The team even welcomed us with a nice treat as a newly wed couple, it was fantastic. There was honestly nothing that I would have changed about this hotel, one of the best we’ve been to. Finally, the team were so professional and I must give a very very very special shoutout to Esther, Anisara, Wanwisa, Umphol, Nithi, Pimmada, Duangpon and Phatnarin who managed to keep us safe and secure even during the earthquake that happened whilst we were there. Just amazing, would definitely recommend.

First time I stayed in Bangkok for vacation. Thank you Sol from reception that spent 10 mins waiting for me and my husband just to choose the theme of the room and called us right after we entered the room to make sure that we really like it. I appreciate how the hotel trains the staff to provide this kind of service. Hopefully there will be the 2nd..3rd time in So Bangkok for my next anniversary trips.

I stayed at the hotel last week and wanted to highlight the excellent service provided by a staff named Sol from reception. From check-in to the day I left, she was incredibly helpful, always greeted me with a warm smile, and never failed to recognize me. Even on my last day, when I left the hotel very early, she still had that same cheerful and welcoming look in her eyes. Her genuine kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
