Siamo stati in questo hotel tantissime volte e purtroppo nel corso degli anni abbiamo notato alcuni piccoli cambiamenti in "negativo" sia nella varietà dei prodotti del mini bar nella stanza che nell' offerta delle proposte alimentari del "club signature". Tali cambiamenti sono sicuramente stati compensati dalla gentilezza e professionalità di Stephanie e Mint del club signature. Un plauso particolare a Wanwisa Maneewatthana (So KT director or Rooms) che con la sua professionalità e competenza ci ha permesso di riconsiderare questo albergo come la nostra seconda casa.

La mia prima esperienza era nel dicembre 2019 e la seconda adesso nel 2024! Ho sentito che state facendo dei lavori di ripristino e penso che ci sia urgentemente bisogno!

Si può semplicemente dire: eccellente! Stanze con vista sul parco davvero molto belle. Piscina da urlo , colazione con assortimento di ogni tipologia. Pulizia ott. Un particolare plauso al personale molto gentile e professionale. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
