Location : central, within a 10minute walk to the city. There's a supermarket and a mall behind the hotel so convenient to get your supplies. Room : big and well equipped. Feels clean as well and the a/c all were working fine during the winter months. Pretty impressed by the kitchen ware provided though. Service : not too sure if they did not have enough umbrellas, but when we asked them for one, they passed us a small foldable umbrella which I'm not sure if its their own or was it a lost and found item (as the umbrella was broken). Their laundry room also feels clean.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the old town with bus stops virtually outside the hotel and tram stops just a few minutes' walk away. There's a huge Auchan supermarket in the Meriadeck Shopping Centre around the corner, a boulangerie across the square from the hotel and a branch of Picard next door. The A tram took us from outside the terminal at Bordeaux Airport to within a few minutes' walk of the aparthotel. Our spacious studio consisted of seating and dining areas, a well-equipped kitchenette with a good sized-fridge, a dishwasher, a stovetop and a microwave, a sleeping area with plenty of storage and a retractable screen which divided it from the living area, good lighting and a large comfortable bed, and a good bath-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower and a full-sized bath, plus a separate toilet. Everything was in good repair, was spotlessly clean and worked well. Our room was located on the 5th floor and had a long balcony overlooking a tree-lined inner courtyard. It was very quiet and we slept well. Check in and out was very efficient and friendly. Housekeeping is only included in the hotel rate for stays of 7 nights or more, and can otherwise be requested for an additional payment. We had no problem with the lack of housekeeping as we enjoy our privacy and also prefer to clean up after ourselves (there was a room with trash bins on the ground floor and a supply of new rubbish bags available on request from reception). Our only negative was the in-room heating. This was set to a maximum temperature which was fine for the first couple of days when outdoor temperatures were around 10-12C. But we could have done with a bit more heat when daytime temperatures dropped to 2-4C and even colder at night. There were additional small heaters available to borrow from reception but it would have been easier if we could have just raised the heating control in our room by a degree or two. Our room-only rate was great value and we would happily stay in Adagio Bordeaux Centre Gambetta again.

5 ночей В. декабре-январе 2024 года. 3 взрослых. Апартотель расположен близко к. центру старого города, рядом торговый центр, где расположен гипермаркет Ашан. Персонал на ресепшене очень приветливый и. готов помочь при затруднениях. Холл достаточно большой. Номер чистый и. современный. Наш номер имел балкон с выходом во внутренний зеленый дворик. Мы были на первом этаже. Здесь был В. доступе бесплатно небольшой фитнес зал с хамамом и. финской сауной. Интернет нормальный, кухонка маленькая (без духовки), но функциональная. Все необходимое есть. Не было штопора, но мы попросили и. нам сразу же его предоставили. В. общем все понравилось. Рекомендую для проживания, особенно парам.

They have asked for payment for the entire 6-days stay in advance and they left us without water on the fourth day. The receptionist misled us saying that the water was just about to come etc , buying time. If we would have known from the beginning that the water would not be provided, we would have relocated to another hotel. They behaved with a lack of respect towards the clients. We asked to be reimbursed for not having water and they kept saying: "Send an email to my manager". When we reminded them that this is a legal provision that they have to observe, they kept saying "Send an email to my manager". The receptionist dared to say that we might have a shower before leaving on the sixth day! It was a very disappointing experience with the reception staff and overall. I will definitely choose another hotel next time.

Nice hotel for the money. No frills but that is reflected in the price. My only complaints were the street facing rooms are very noisy and the breakfast is very small for 15 euros. The staff is very nice and helpful. Many restaurants within a 10 min walk.
