The only problem was with late checkout not being properly marked. When returning to hotel on last day it turned out, the room was already locked. Was quickly sorted with the reception, though. Also, on the last day of the stay, when entering restaurant for breakfast, there were a lot of free tables, but not cleaned and prepared. We had to ask the staff to prepare a table and wait, which was slightly inconvenient.

For the price I paid for 1 nights stay, I'd thought thr room would have been wow, felt very disappointed. The best thing in the room was the Rituals products! The rest of the hotel was very nice.
