Okay so arrived in Bangkok for two nights stayed at Ibis 3 star room basic but great service and AC worked hotel wide with great staff then went to Phuket Novotel Vintage 4 star and a step up great service, great restaurant and AC works hotel wide. Returned to Bangkok to stay in 5 star five days for Daughters birthday before leaving for UK, well should have gone back to Ibis and saved the money ! AC in rooms poor and in accommodation shared space not working ! Room not repaired following quake ! Overall really poor with pool area having been spun by photos but poor needing repair. 5 star not even close Ibis basic but everything worked. I would not return as over priced under performing hotel in need of serious updates to get near its rating . Spa was the only good thing but over priced given the rest of the hotel is way short of expectations. If you want five star this is not for you but Travelodge springs to mind and bring your own fan !!!

The service was very good And massage was very nice Thank you to the Pat Yok Ying and massage pressure very good and feel very relax and I recommend everyone come to have a massage very friendly staff

Had a lovely stay at the Pullman G. All staff were exceptional and rooms spotless with comfortable beds. The atmosphere and setting in the Executive Lounge was excellent although the food and beverages included were somewhat lacking (compared to what was offered at the Pullman King Power Exc Lounge Bangkok ) . Breakfast was excellent with a vast array of tastes covered.

A relaxing and memorable staycation !!

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I was kindly escorted to the Executive lounge on the 27th floor for check-in, where the tea, explained all the detailed about my booking stay clearly and professionally. I had the change to enjoy the afternoon tea after 2pm, which was lovely, great selection of snacks and peaceful to unwind. The room was another highlight, very clean, well white designed and with a stunning view of Bangkok. I was also pleasantly surprised by a special decoration that made the whole experience feel even more thoughtful and personal. I returned to the Executive Lounge for cocktail hour. The atmosphere was relexed and elegant with excellent drinks and service by the staff. Thank you to Khun Fon, Kwang, Pleng, Pie, Bai Tong, Ted, Tar and Henry at the Club Lounge. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their warm hospitality really stood out. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves to a comfortable and relaxing stay in Silom Bangkok.
