We were here second time. We come with our two grandchildren, they were performed extremely well in their school achivements. The girl she is obsessed with Venice, and this trip was a wonderful surprise for them. Thank you forthe amazing staff,has been made a perfect memories, from check in to check out. Pool clean, perfect temp, not crowded. 100% Breakfast real italian assorted food selections. 100% People helpful, even some of them have difficulties with english, but they know from who they need to gatherinformation and coming back to you. 100%

worst hotel to stay for indians family … big nooo

very worst hotel i hav ever experienced.. there was no staff assistance to take my luggage to my room.. they also charge euros for some extra water bottles.. u hav to collect dental kits is morning of ur own from reception,, they dont send and, the brffast was most pathetic.. no milk, no veg food,, no omellete,, they only provide.. some croissants nd cakes nd sum fruits .. worst hotel to stay if u r vegetarian or from india … worst hospitality .. not expected from novotel 😭

Big hotel appropriate for visiting Venise

This big Novotel hotel welcomes large groups, leading to a busy breakfast. The menu is a bit limited but ok. Confortable room (bathroom maybe small), overall of good quality. Confortable bed. Air conditioned is a bit noisy. Bus is at 10 min walk for Mestre FS or Venice.

DO NOT BOOK. After 2 hours trying to warm up the room, and 1 hour waiting for a person from the hotel to solve the case, we asked to change the room. Very impolite staff answered that our room was the 'warm one'. Such people are sot suitable for the level this hotel is supposed to be. On close inspection, the 'hole' spitting warm air is good only for cold air-condition, as the direction of the flow is up only. As a result, we would have slept fine up near the ceiling! Unfortunately we could not fly, the direction of the fan couldn't be changed (there is only one), and that is that! Good luck with taking a shower...which by the way, is broken.

Upon your arrival, we were happy to offer you an early check-in. When you later informed us that your room felt cold, our team promptly addressed the issue. Our colleague activated the heating system, which was found to be turned off, despite being fully functional, and kindly asked you to allow some time for the room to warm up. Additionally, we prepared an alternative room on another floor and invited you to choose the option that best suited your needs. You ultimately decided to stay in your original room, which you noted was warmer than the alternative. At no time did we describe your room as "the warm one." We can assure you that the heating system in your room was working correctly, and our staff did their best to ensure your comfort throughout the process. Regarding the issue with the shower, we were not informed during your stay. Had we been aware, we would have immediately addressed it. We are sorry that our efforts did not meet your expectations, and we will use your feedback to further improve our service. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.
