Bed comfortable, shame about the 6am fire alarm Great staff thanks i Lovely staff Close to M1 and okay food Clean and tidy Brilliant check in with the staff who were most helpful Worth considering for a stop over if in the area Parking close and convenient

I have stayed at plenty of Hotels but this is by far the worst j have ever stayed at with even worse staff who are very aggressive and Amir refused to serve us, saying that the kitchen was closed well before 9 o’clock in the evening Please be warned and do not stay here! You only need to look at the photos to see how bad this place is

Great stay at ibis not far from derby and crich tramway village or centre of Chesterfield lots of free parking restaurant on site which I didn't use so don't know what it's like all though it looked impressive reception large clean and adequate friendly staff my room was on ground floor twin accessible luxurious comfy beds tv coffee tea facilities desk and chairs clothes rail radiator and more good lighting bathroom clean and full of rails and powerful shower and clean white towels Great stay will definitely be back when visiting Derbyshire

Old tired hotel but cheap. Think of this as the £500 runaround.

Very old fashioned hotel. Bed was very squeaky and old spring mattress not comfortable at all. Only good thing is staff were friends and close proximity to harvester which was convenient. Overall not bad for the price but wouldn’t come back again. Bed was awful. No aircon and loud people walking down halls all through the night for some reason ???

We stayed at Ibis Chesterfield North as a large group of 28 as we had a waterpolo tournament at Ponds Forge. From the original booking with Graham and Deanne, through to the welcome and care of Carol and Abdullah we couldn't fault the stay. When booking a 'budget hotel' it is important to ensure all the basics are covered. The team at the hotel certainly did this. Thank you!
