Nice hotel, not luxury hotel but with all the conforts you may need for a good stay closed to the centre of Milano There is a big public parking close to the hotel (so no problem in finding a place if ou arrive by car) The hotel is very well connected to the Milano public trasprtation system (undersround and tram) and is not far from the centre (in 20 minutes you can walk to Piazza Duomo) Rooms are small but clean, silent and comfrotable (considering the price, around 200 € for an overnight stay) Highly recommended if you look for a good hotel closed to the centre of Milano without spending a fortune

Very good location. Conveniently located near the central location and a lot of restaurants are at a walking distance. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is friendly. A complimentary water bottle in the room was missing though. Parking is also conveniently located just apposite to the hotel if you don't find a parking with the hotel

Upon check-in they upgraded my room and the breakfast was awesome .The only problem was someone entered our room to put a bottle of water i know it was a nice gesture but our room has a do not disturb sign. I addressed this issue at the front desk and i was told that he will follow up on this matter.

Apart from the night reception guy and the Senegalese day security man this hotel is terrible. Check in was a scrimmage no organisation, people pushing in the staff were pleasant but had no control. Apparently we had an upgrade, same room but we got a coffee machine (neither of us drink coffee) The room is pokey, the furniture is flimsy mdf, 3 plastic mismatched hangers in the wardrobe that had no doors. There’s no fridge in the room. The worst part is no air con. The room is very stuffy and the window only opened 1” The first night I was so hot I went down to reception at 3am and sat there until 6.30am. There’s a lot of noise all night from the square below the window as all the food delivery drivers sit down there and wait for orders, all night they’re there. There’s second night was the same, hot and noisy. €3 for a Coke Zero for the non working vending machine or spend €7 on one from the bar. The location of the hotel is good but what good is that when you’re too tired to go sightseeing?? The hotel is clean, the bathroom stocked with amenities but the shower temp wasn’t stable one minute roasting the next freezing. If due to city control the air con can’t be used then the hotel should have a contingency plan it’s a miserable place to stay

This is a cheap pleasant hotel, check in was easy and friendly Breakfast was good with plenty of fresh food, the room was small but the bed comfortable and shower was hot. The hotel has great transport links to all parts of the city and is only about a 10min walk from the train station.
