Not the worst place, but would rather not stay again

Air France put us up for the night due to missed connecting flight. The desk staff was very friendly and complimented me on my poor French. The staff at the restaurant and bar was correct but not inviting. The room was very bare bones. We were glad to have left the luggage at the airport because they would have been in the way. The thermostat had a plastic bag around it, but luckily we could open the window. The towels were thin and worn out, the carpet looked scary, but the bed was comfy and we were able to sleep well. Because air France was paying, our dinner choices were limited to fish or chicken, like when you are on a flight. We each had one and they were surprisingly good. Nothing fancy, but this is France after all. The breakfast was plentiful, and everything I ate was good. We wanted to stretch our legs and went for a walk into the town of Roissy En France under the advisement of the desk man. It is a lovely place, with quite a few restaurants, a beautiful park, a church… The streets were full of flowers in bloom. That was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. We were just thinking it was going to be nothing but hotels, but we were delighted.

DISGUSTING FILTHY RUDE

Shockingly bad. Filthy. Terrible food. Terrible service. This is perhaps the worst hotel I've encountered in over 150 international trips. Lines extending out the door with a minimal and very stressed and hostile front desk staff. Room was Tiny and loud...and filthy. Mold in the bathroom. TV inoperative. Restaurant was a joke period completely empty yet a line out to the street as they were capable of seating Offered a choice of chicken or fish no menu just those two choices. Prison quality food Everyone in my Vicinity received their food however mine did not arrive until I marched into the kitchen to demand it Requested a wake up call which never received

This hotel may be con isn’t right near terminal 3 at CDG but that is about it. After traveling from Budapest I arrived with out much to eat or drink and find out thier two restaurants an Italian place and a buffet type place both don’t open until 7 pm. No food to be had but hey they do have a water thing in the lobby but if you don’t have a up you are out of luck. It’s now 3:30 pm and upon Ari ing in the room to try and get some work done they only have what can only be called a child’s desk to work on and that’s were they have the coffe station set up. Btw the cofffee station is filled with cloudy water from who knows when. I also use a CPAP to sleep and the side tables are so small I had to set it up on the floor. Trying to read at night and try the tv and the batteries on the remote are dead so get up get dressed and head back down to front desk to get that fixed. When I go back up stairs and try to use the bathroom for some reason the floor of the bathroom is elevated like 3 inches and I stub my foot in the step and almost fall. Never ever again.

Ideal location for a flight our of CDG!

The room was functional, clean, and comfortable. The decor was basic, but not "cheap" and the theme "art" was actually something that I liked. The space and Star Wars motif was clever and made me rather nostalgic for the late 70's. The availability to access a decent restaurant for dinner and breakfast was a real plus for the weary traveler and having parking was also a plus. I think that the staff has done a good job keeping the facility looking good. I would suggest that someone take a look at the "built-in" shelves and make sure that the parts are actually glued together and not simply press fit. The shelf in our room was ready to slip apart. Access to parking was actually not too difficult once you actually saw the minuscule sign for the Ibis Styles. Try a bit bigger sign perhaps.

We arrived and was given 2 single beds for a family of 3. This was changed to 3 single beds joined together. Tiny room compared to other hotels at the airport that we have previously stayed. There was rubbish still in the room from previous guests. Breakfast was lovely. Staff did not seem to care.
