The reception was not always present. The room was very basic. It had no coffee/tea making facility, no mini-fridge, and no spare blanket. Glasses/tumblers couldn't be found anywhere. When I asked for some at reception, they were very surprised by the question & said there were paper tumblers in the bathroom. I found some glasses eventually in the breakfast room. The bathroom was very basic: no hand towel & face cloths. Reception informed that the hotel doesn't provide them. There was only a combined face-body-hair liquid soap. I.e. no soap bar. Paper cups for tooth brushes. No toilet brush! The air conditioner was broken. The room was clean, and the bed was good. The hotel is reasonably central, but not right next to Montmartre as claimed. For 450 € for 3 nights, it was not value for money. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the common areas were clean and it good order. The issue is that the rooms are quite basic. We had a full size bed, but it was attached against the wall so one of us had to scoot along the wall to get up from the bed. I would recommend going to the Mercure hotel which is actually the same building but separated by a door at the end of the hall. A little more money but leaps and bounds better.

It was not fun did not get enough towels.. is not like photos it is clean but room ks very small and uncomfortable and their is only 1 PowerPoint I don’t really recommend this place and shower is slippery+ the water temp changes a lot from cold to boiling

Very small rooms, smell of mold in the room,no ventilation,breakfast nothing special,overall low standard. Location quite ok and near Sacre Coeur and the cosy blocks with lots of nice Cafe,bars and restaurants. The upside was that Hotel staff was very good.

Great location, close to metro and buses. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip. There are vending machines in the lobby for drinks, snacks & coffee available 24hrs. The staff very very polite and welcoming
