My recent stay at Novotel Bogor was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel right at home. Special mention to Heri, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Great kids activitivy we have here. Start from cupcake decoration, barista class and watching movie. Also the pool is amazing, the room is spacious we stay at family room with double big bed. Love the ambience, so nature. Thanks to kak Relin who help the kids.

This is my 3rd time staying here, but this time the maintenance is quite bad, but the service is very good handling my complaint. fist of all I asked for upgrade because i am a gold member Accor plus, and they do it right away without any wait. But when I arrived at the room, the corner was dirty with some debris from leftover food, and at night was so loud outside so I asked to move to other room, right away they moved us to other room at different floor. so so quick. I booked the new room they recently renovated, not the old ones. We booked for the tennis court, very very nice they have tennis court, but when we arrived was so dirty with leaves, but right away the cleaned and we are ready to use, although the net is tear here and there. but still good for play. The second room we moved, quite far from crowd, very quiet, but ants were so many near the toilets. so so bad, also happen at the parking lot near the trees, I think they should not let any car parked there, because the ants and leaves are all over my car. and the ants were MASSIVE, going inside the car, takes me days to clean all the ants. I think Their Pets control is very bad. So in conclusion , the location is good, the hotel was good, facility is good, the service is almost excellent, they are very quick to response. But the maintenance and pets control is awful. need a lot of attention there.

Got the hook room with nice view! Asked the team for mini decoration for my husband birthday, and they give us mirror wording! Thank you mba April and mba Syaira! Breakfast was amazing. Staff is super nice. Ambience is also top notch. Love to get away from busy Jakarta and stay on the green forest!
