Unlike most other countries, Indonesia has very little variance in its temperature year round. The warm waters that account for the vast majority of Indonesia's area mean that it is always warm here, with the coast around 28 degrees, inland at around 26 degrees and high mountain areas only 23 degrees. The main difference is the rain. It tends to rain in Indonesia between November and March, with the dry season running from April to October

For weather the best time to come is during the dry season of April to October, but you will find wonderful things to do no matter when you visit. There are other languages spoken by a few million people, with hundreds more spoken by fewer and fewer numbers. Some people do speak English, but only very few.
